Instructions:

You should only be completing this form if you have a property under contract that you would like to list on the MLS utilizing BBDG’s Flat Rate Service Listing.
One form submission per property under contract that you would like to list on the MLS (duplicates of the same property will be ignored entirely)
If you’re submitting a property utilizing this form and you haven’t already applied for our BBDG WPP, your request will be ignored.
